All SNAP customers are required to order and pre-pay for their FoodShare box using SNAPOnline. New Customers - register to request a SNAPOnline account. You may order up to two boxes per day until deadline. FoodShare will NEVER ask participants for a SNAP card number or PIN over the phone or via email. If you do not have at least $5 on your EBT card, you cannot purchase a FoodShare box using the card.

FoodShare Greenville is now providing $5 produce boxes to participants who meet eligibility criteria below. This special program will run until August 28, 2026 (please see calendar for deadlines.) Eligible participants can order one Foodshare box per distribution, up to 3 boxes total during this program period. Plus, free delivery is available for Greenville County customers!
Eligibility Criteria:
Unhoused individuals
Veterans
Immigrants
Refugees
Youth that have aged out of foster care
Individuals that have children over the age of 14 that do not work 20 hours or more per week
Individuals between the age of 55-64 that do not work 20 hours or more per week
2026 ORDER DEADLINE AND PICK UP DATES
Red Dates are Order Deadline and order cancelation deadline. Green Dates are pick up days
FoodShare fresh food boxes are available for pick up every other week (twice monthly) at our drive-thru pick up site and other locations across Greenville County.
Please fill out this form if you want to change your pick up location. You must request the change before the upcoming deadline (see order deadline calendar below). *Please note that the form to request to change locations is NOT an order form. You will still need to place your order for your box before the order deadline.
All boxes must be pre-ordered and pre-paid online through our website by the deadline prior to each pick up. To place an order, choose your payment method.
Please let us know by 4pm of the order deadline day if you need to cancel your box for the upcoming distribution date. Any requests after this point cannot be fulfilled.
You can send anyone to pick up your box on your behalf. Any box not picked up by 6 PM on the pick-up day will be donated. We are unable to give refunds or replace with another box at the next pick up because it is already past the order deadline date and the money has already been spent.

Each box comes with 10-12 varieties of top-quality fruits and vegetables that are sourced as locally and seasonally as possible. Recipe cards (in English & Spanish) are included with each order to introduce simple and easy ways to use produce in the box. The retail value of each box is $30+.

Each box is $5 SNAP/EBT or $20 (credit or debit) or $25 (credit or debit market rate - includes donation to support the program)

Fresh Food boxes are available for pick up every two weeks at our drvve-thru pick up site and other public partner site locations.

All boxes must be pre-ordered and pre-paid online through our website by the deadline prior to each pick up. To place an order, choose your payment method. If you are a new customer paying with SNAP/EBT, you will be prompted to create an SNAPOnline account.

If you pay with a credit or debit card, there is no limit for how many boxes you can order.
If you pay with SNAP/EBT, you may order a maximum of two boxes per day.

Produce boxes are currently available for pick-up on distribution day from 11AM - 6PM at our drive-thru pick up location - Community Works 100 W Antrim Dr Greenville SC 29607.
If you want to pick up at one of our public partner site locations, call or email us before order deadline.

Please let us know by 4pm of the order deadline day if you need to cancel your box for the upcoming distribution date.
Any requests after this point cannot be fulfilled. We cannot offer a refund, as the deadline for canceling orders will have passed.

We source our produce locally whenever possible! Mill Village Farms is currently not large enough to fill our boxes due to our volume of produce required.

We do our best to maintain strong quality control procedures. We also know that, given the large scale of our processing, occasionally there may be a bad produce in the box.
If you receive several bad produce items (over 1/4 the contents of the box), please document it as soon as possible with photos and either text the photo to (888) 366-3485 or email it to foodshare@millcommunity.org.

If your box hasn’t been paid for by the order deadline date, we cannot provide you with a box.
*Note: If your SNAP card has insufficient funds and you choose to pay with card or cash, your box will cost $20 rather than $5.

Eligible SNAP Customers can opt in to have their FoodShare boxes delivered to their homes on Tuesday delivery days.
To opt in, choose “Free Delivery” under partner site during checkout.
